Hello I am a fluent English speaker, and I would like to download some design files and schematics here but I am not level 2. I have been trying to fund my account with wechat/alipay but it won't accept my payment because I don 't have a bank card from a chinese bank. :/ I have paypal and aliexpress!

Hi yea you need a chinese cc or wechat pay. i think you should be able to link a foreign card? all the best. if not just farm credits for a while
