一、MacBook Pro原装MagSafe3充电线外观

作为MacBook Pro的标准配件，这条USB-C to MagSafe3线缆使用环保的纸质绕线盘固定。

充电线的一头是USB-C接口，另一头的是苹果第三代的MagSafe磁吸充电接口。USB-C接口采用塑料亮面外壳，与常规C口的相比，尾部略长；磁吸接口呈扁平状，铝合金外壳，正反两个面均居中设有一颗LED指示灯。

USB-C接口特写，可见端面印有产品型号：A2363。

USB-C采用的是14Pin连接器。

MagSafe3磁吸接口主体部分的外壳为一体成型的铝合金材质，表面磨砂处理。

端面外围是吸磁的金属材质，居中设置了5个pogo pin，和USB-C接口一样，MagSafe3也支持正反连接。

线材部分，外衣由灰白线编织而成，柔韧性很不错，比传统的TPE材质更加耐脏、耐用。

实测整条线缆的长度约为2米。

整条线缆的净重约为58g。

一般常见的100W USB-C to USB-C快充线，内部都会加入E-Marker芯片，提升安全性。E-Marker芯片可以记录线缆的功率、数据传输能力以及线缆长度等基本信息。充电头网使用ChargerLAB POWER-Z KM001C测试苹果这条线，未检测到相关E-Marker信息。

同样使用测试仪进行PD监控，显示线缆在空载情况下，并不会向充电器申请高压输出，而是停留在5V模式，这样设计的安全性更高。

充电线缆可以通过MagSafe3接口与MacBook Pro实现精准对位，一贴即合，无需刻意对准。

当线缆接通电源给MacBook Pro充电时，LED指示灯会发出白光。

使用MagSafe3充电线搭配苹果原装140W氮化镓充电器MacBook Pro 16充电，测得电压27.73V，电流4.92A，充电功率为136.68W，进入全速充电状态。

与此同时，这条USB-C to MagSafe线缆也能搭配其他品牌的USB PD充电器给MacBook Pro 16充电，比如使用苹果96W充电器供电，充电电压20.31V，电流4.68A，充电功率约为95.21W。
二、MacBook Pro原装MagSafe3充电线拆解

将线缆拦腰剪断，线材外套编织网，里面还有一层TPE外皮。

剖开线皮，内部是两层不同卷绕方向的屏蔽网。

双层屏蔽网特写。

屏蔽网内部是电源线芯和控制线芯、螺旋状缠绕。

将线芯分开，其中包括了四红一白5根粗线，以及两黄两银一青5根细线。

另有一根白色负极导线特写。

细线外皮为透明材质，内部采用扁平铜箔卷绕而成，并加入了抗拉线。

接下来看USB-C接口。拆下塑料外壳后，可见内部为全金属壳体，激光点焊固定。

从侧面将金属壳体切开。

USB-C接口尾部设有一块小PCB板，上面布满了芯片。

PCB板正面一览。线缆与PCB之间采用金属箍固定，线芯焊点均打胶绝缘。

背面是一颗较大的MOS管。

用于控制输出的开关管。

居中是一颗丝印26DH158ADCY的芯片。

旁边是一颗丝印PE的芯片。

另一颗芯片丝印11P 1XA，都是苹果定制型号。

四根红色线芯，两两为一组焊接在PCB板上，用于功率传输，旁边同时还焊接了较细的信号线。

白色线芯焊接在背面，旁边同样有一根青色信号线。

切割拆开MagSafe3这一端的铝合金外壳。

PCB板上的多颗芯片上面布满了硬胶。这一端的线缆末端同样采用金属箍固定，同时还点焊固定了接口端的金属块，居中镂空小孔可见LED指示灯，里面是两颗灯。

另外一面是同样的固定方式，PCB板上的芯片也采用了打胶处理。

PCB板上的硬胶十分难清理，仅能判断左下角有一颗芯片，右侧设有一颗芯片和一颗电感。

另一面的左侧是一些阻容器件，右侧隐约能看到几颗芯片。

充电头网总结
苹果随机附赠的这条USB-C to MagSafe3充电线缆无论在手感、使用体验还是做工方面，都算得上是非常出色。看似是一条常规“PD转DC”的充电线，实则线缆内部加入了USB PD3.1快充协议识别兼通讯功能，接上140W USB-C充电器和16英寸 MacBook Pro，就能输出28V电压为电脑充电，同时线缆也能根据连接到不同的PD充电器，选择正确的充电电压。
充电头网拆解发现，线缆内部的结构相当复杂。无论是USB-C接口还是MagSafe3接口，其PCB板上都设置了多颗定制芯片。线缆部分，除了采用更耐用的编织外衣之外，还设有一层TPE外皮。内部除了屏蔽层，一共采用了10根线芯，其中5根粗线配合屏蔽层用于功率传输，另外5根细线用于信号传输。线缆与PCB板之间的连接处均采用金属箍进行固定，避免使用过程中线缆受力导致焊点脱落。
