● Accompany Altium TSM, Channel Partners, their Account Managers and technical staff on sales \py \rI

● Assist sales in technical development of programs, materials and sales strategy 7{e*isV  
● Complete Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, enabling Altium sales management to focus on <Xr {1M D

● Help Channel Partners and TSM establish and manage technical relationships with large JA~v:ec  
customer accounts r .b!3CoQ  
● Serve as the technical consultant for large-scale customer proposals 8z h{?0  
● Develop training materials and co-develop sales programs and contents, from a technical T#e ;$\  
perspective \4OX]{  
● Deliver public and private training classes onsite (and web demos) pT`oC&  
Technical Support (30%) aM|^t:  
● Provide post sales technical support and training for Channel Partner accounts 7}e73  
● Provide second level support and training for new Channel Partners, their AM’s and technical v5;V$EGD&  
staff as needed qKg*/)sD(  
● Provide general product support via email, phone or user forums 5u-jjUO  
● Assist in the development of written materials such as technical notes, knowledge base articles ? @Y'_f  
and product training materials X]OVc<F  
● Support service project and system integration development(consulting, testing and / `Glf|

● Establish, maintain and manage internal relationships among Altium Sales, Support teams & hln.EAW'Yc

Qualification/requirements: i/%+x-#  
● Electronic Engineering qualification preferred or equivalent experience `i,l)X]

● Knowledge of the electronics industry including familiarity with key issues, design processes and :Ej#qYi
