text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">因此，我国居民持有比特币是合法的。偶发的OTC场外交易，也是被容许的，我们认为合同法应当保护。但是，对于频发的交易行为，法律的评价可能会发生变化。目前，对于虚拟货币交易所，我国自2017年9月4日之后已经表明了反对态度。<p style="margin-top: 32px; padding: 0px;
